Enforcement Decree of the Act on Urban Parks, Green Areas.

The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Act on Urban Parks, Greenbelts and those necessary for the enforcement thereof. In particular, article 2 establishes that anyone who intends to implement a pilot project pursuant to article 3 of the Act on Urban Parks, Greenbelts shall develop a pilot project plan in accordance with the master plan for parks and greenbelts pursuant to article 5 (1) of the Act.
