Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Agricultural Products Quality Control Act.
The composition of the Agricultural Products Quality Control Deliberative Committee and its subcommittees are specified in articles 3-9. Articles 15-19 address matters related to the qualification for applying for registration of geographical indications. Items required to be marked as genetically modified agricultural products shall be determined and publicly notified by the Commissioner of the Korea Food Drug Administration (arts. 26 and 27). Agricultural products subject to inspection and inspectors' qualification requisites are provided for in articles 28 and 29.
