Enforcement Decree of the Animal Protection Act.

The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the Animal Protection Act and those necessary for the enforcement thereof. In particular, the Decree provides, inter alia, for the following: scope of animals; scope of animals subject to registration; scope of animal testing institutions; scope of non-governmental animal protection organizations; operation of Animal Welfare Committee; animals prohibited from animal testing; operation of Ethics Committee; qualification for animal guardians; delegation of authority; handling of personally identifiable information.
