Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the Asbestos Safety Management Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. Article 3 establishes that the Asbestos Safety Management Committee shall deliberate on matters in relation to safe asbestos management and prevention of any harm to the health of citizens from exposure to asbestos as listed in this article. Article 19 deals with agencies for impact assessment for naturally occurring asbestos. Article 35 concerns institutions entrusted with education on safety management of asbestos. The text consists of 52 articles.
