Enforcement Decree of the Environmental Impact Assessment.

The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the Environmental Impact Assessment Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. Article 5 deals with the operations of the Environmental Impact Assessment Council. The text - consisting of 79 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: Preparation of Draft Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (art. 11); Public Hearing (art. 16); Preparation of Draft of Written Assessment (art. 21); Cases subject to Re-consultation (art. 28); Projects subject to Environmental Impact Assessment and Scope of such Projects (art. 31); Preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (art. 46); Documents to be Submitted for Requesting Review of Plans for Environmental Conservation (art. 55); Preparation of Summary Assessment Reports (art. 65).
