Abstract
The purpose of this Presidential Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the Fishery Resources Management Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. In particular, article 8 establishes when the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries intends to establish a period of suspension of fishing under article 19 (1) of the Act, he shall take into account the actual state of fishery resources in the waters concerned, the number of persons who operate fisheries concerned at present, natural and social conditions. The text consists of 53 articles.
