Abstract
This Decree implements provisions of the Food Sanitation Act.
It provides among other things for: powers and duties of food sanitation inspectors; the classification of food businesses and businesses which shall be subject to licences or subject to filing a report with the Commissioner of the Korea Food and Drug Administration; composition and duties of the Food Sanitation Deliberation Committee; penalties, etc.
