Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters mandated by the Forest Welfare Promotion Act and those necessary for enforcing said Act.
The scope of expenses that a forest welfare service provider may have forest welfare service users bear pursuant to Article 23 (1) of the Act shall be include: 1.Entrance fees to forest welfare facilities; 2.Fees for using forest welfare facilities; 3.Experience fees; etc. The Decree further makes provisions for: the scope of persons alienated from forest welfare; the scope of forest welfare facility; institutions specializing in evaluation, education, and training of forest welfare service providers; etc.
