Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Cooperatives.

The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated from the Framework Act on Cooperatives and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. The text – consisting of 35 articles – deals with the following aspects: Names (art. 2); Matters to Be Deliberated by Cooperative Policy Deliberative Committee (art. 3); Organization of Council (art. 3-2); Procedures for Establishment of Cooperatives (art. 6); Issuance of Certificates of Conformation of Report (art. 8); Merger of Cooperatives (art. 13); Small Loans to Members of Social Cooperatives (art. 22); Public Announcement of Management of Cooperatives (art. 27); Merger of Social Cooperatives (art. 28); Entrustment of Authority (art. 32).
