Enforcement Rule of the Framework Act on Cooperatives.

The purpose of this Rule is to provide for matters delegated by the Framework Act on Cooperatives and the Enforcement Decree of the aforesaid Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. The text - consisting of 14 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: organization of Cooperative Policy Council, operation of Cooperative Policy Council, reporting of establishment of cooperatives, amendment of articles of Association of Cooperatives, reporting of dissolution of cooperatives, criteria for authorization for establishment of social cooperatives.
