Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Framework Act on Environmental Policy.
Matters prescribed in this Decree include: environmental standards; alterations of comprehensive national environmental plans; restrictions on the use of land and installation of facilities in special measure areas; designation of environment control areas; environment impact assessments; composition and duties of the Central Environmental Preservation Advisory Committee; etc.
