Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to provide matters delegated by the Health Functional Food Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof.
The detailed scopes of health functional food manufacture business, health functional food general sales business and health functional food distribution-specializing sales business are defined in Article 2. The Decree further makes provision for: modification permission of matter subject to permission, qualification criteria of quality control manager, composition of Health Functional Food Deliberation Committee, offences and penalties, etc.
