Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Hot Spring Act.
The Decree, among other things, provides for: standards for ingredients of hot springs; procedure for designating hot spring hole protection zones; formulation of development plans for a hot spring; applications to obtain permission to excavate land, to develop underground water, and to utilize hot spring; fees; etc.
