Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Natural Parks Act.
Matters prescribed in this Decree include: standards for designating natural parks; composition and operation of the National Park Committee; standards for the composition and operation of the Do Park Committee and the Gun Park Committee; contents of and procedures for basic park planning; environmental impact assessments; guidelines for the establishment of plans for the conservation and management of each park; park protection zones; etc.
Entry into force notes
This Presidential Decree enters into force on 29 September 2001.
