Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Quality Control of Fishery Products Act.
Matters prescribed in this Decree shall include: standards for processed fishery products; the establishment and composition of the Fishery Products Quality Control Deliberation Council and of its sectional committees; standards and procedures for quality certification, and for registration of geographical markings; items subject to the indication of genetically modified fishery products; the management and registration of fishery product processing industries; designation of designated sea areas and registration and management of production or processing facilities; and the inspection of fishery products and safety tests.
