Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Utilization of Agricultural Production Infrastructure and Adjacent Areas.

The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Special Act on Utilization of Agricultural Production Infrastructure and Adjacent Areas and those necessary for the enforcement thereof. The text - consisting of 21 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: Scope of Adjacent Area (art. 2); Areas Subject to Formulation of Project Plan (art. 3); Contents of Project Plan (art. 4); Collection of Residents’Opinions (art. 5); Public Notice of Designation of Zones for Utilization of Agricultural Production Infrastructure (art. 7); Documents Required for Application for Approval of Implementation Plan (art. 10); Special Cases concerning the National Land Planning and Utilization Act (art. 13).
