Abstract
The purpose of this Act is to raise funds for the maintenance and management of agricultural production infrastructure, and thus contribute to the development of agricultural and fishing villages by developing and using agricultural infrastructure and its adjacent areas in a systematic and environment-friendly manner, while maintaining the original functions of such agricultural infrastructure. The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs shall, when he approves a project plan or a revision, designate a zone for the utilization of agricultural production infrastructure and its adjacent area or amend such designation. The text - consisting of 33 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: Preparation of Project Plan and Approval Application therefor (art. 4); Cancellation of Designation of Zones for Utilization of Agricultural Production Infrastructure (art. 8); Approval of Implementation Plan (art. 11); Access to Another's Land (art. 13); Compensation for Damage Caused by Access to Land (art. 14); Constructive Authorization, Permission, etc.) (art. 15); Special Cases concerning the National Land Planning and Utilization Act (art. 16); Complete Inspection (art. 20); Restrictions on Disposal of State-Owned or Public Land (art. 22).
