Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Wastes Control Act.
It prescribes among other things: criteria and methods for the collection, transport, storage and disposal of wastes; conditions of licences granted for waste disposal businesses; guidance and supervision of waste disposal business operators; etc.
