Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to provide for the matters delegated by the Wetlands Conservation Act and those necessary for the enforcement thereof. Article 2 and 3 deal respectively with matters to be included in the National Wetland Management Plan and its implementation. Articles 3 concerns organization and operation of the National Wetland Review Committee. The text consists of 20 articles.
