Abstract
The purpose of this Enforcement Rule is to provide matters delegated by the Health Functional Food Act and the Enforcement Decree of the Health Functional Food Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof.
The facilities criteria by business type under Article 4 of the Health Functional Food Act shall be specified in annexed the Table 1. When a person, who has obtained a permission for the health functional food manufacture business, intends to modify such permitted matter, the person shall submit a modification permission application. The Enforcement Rule further makes provisions for: imported health functional food pre-confirmed registration, business report, import report of health functional food, scope of false or exaggerated labeling and advertising, inspection, offences and penalties, etc.
