Enforcement Rules of the Act on Conservation and Utilization of Natural Heritage.

These Rules aim to regulate matters delegated by the Act on the Preservation and Utilization of Natural Heritage and the Enforcement Decree of the Act.
The Rules make provisions for: preservation of natural monuments, etc. in historical and cultural environment conservation areas, investigation report, submission of data regarding designation, application for permit or change of permit, etc.
