Abstract
The purpose of these Rules is to prescribe matters delegated by the Mining Damage Prevention and Restoration Act and the Enforcement Decree of the same Act and necessary matters concerning the enforcement thereof. The text – consisting of 14 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: Applications for Approval of Mining Damage Prevention Implementation Plans and Applications for Approval of Modification (art. 2); Areas of Expertise of Specialized Mining Damage Prevention (art. 4); Applications for Registration of Specialized Mining Damage Prevention Business Operators (art. 5); Cancellation of Registration (art. 7); Emergency Mining Damage Prevention (art. 9); Procedures for Inspection of Mining Damage Prevention Facilities (art. 11).
