Abstract
The purpose of this Ministerial Ordinance is to define matters delegated by the Toxic Chemicals Control Act and the Presidential Decree on the toxic chemicals control act, and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. The provisions of this ordinance deal with application for hazard evaluation, methods and procedures for hazard evaluations, reporting the import or export of toxic chemicals, survey of the amount in circulation and the release of chemical substances, etc., a Chemicals Information Centre, standards for the facilities and equipment of a toxic chemicals business entity, toxic chemicals management standards, labelling of toxic chemicals, self-inspection, establishment of on-site pollution prevention plans, fees, etc. (54 articles completed by Schedules)
