Abstract
For the purpose of implementing the Seed Law of 1962, the Decree makes provisions regarding (a) the requirements and procedure for approving the sale, import and export of seeds, and (b) the management and financial measures relevant to the Revolving Fund for Seeds. Further provisions concern the establishment, composition and terms of reference of the Seed Council, which shall exercise advisory functions on matters relevant to improved seeds.
