Abstract
This Regulation consisting of 62 articles and 1 Annex provides details on the Consumer Protection Law regarding (i) the work of the National Committee for Consumer Protection; (ii) the work of the Technical Secretariat established at the National Committee for the Consumer Protection to implement the decisions of the Committee as soon as they are issued and receive consumer complaints; (iii) complaints and procedures for their examination; (iv) civil associations for consumer protection and their role in providing assistance to consumers who have been harmed by the use or purchase of goods; (v) procedure to replace an item and return it; (vi) mandatory data of goods and services; (vii) special offers and discounts; (viii) procedures for billing data; (ix) after-sales services;(x) installment sale; (xi) controls on goods prohibited to sell or circulation. The Annex regards terms and instructions for free prizes.
