Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 2 articles cancels the paragraph c of the art.4 relating to the cleaning of sidewalks, streets, squares, parks, public lands, together with rules regarding destruction of plants and trees, picking flowers and fruits in the streets, squares and parks, and uprooting wild plants in the public lands.
