Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 6 articles: governmental and national authorities shall carry out studies to evaluate the impact on the environment of the projects included in the attached list (art. 1); the Environmental Protection Council shall keep the following information: comprehensive description of the project; justification and objectives of the project; description of state of the environment; examination of the impact of the project on the environment; and, indication of the environmental protection measures (art. 2). Construction and industrial projects requiring studies on environmental yield and impact are: extraction and exploitation of natural resources; construction of cities; industrial zones; surroundings; ports and harbors; storage and treatment of wastes; construction of airports, highways, roads; drainage, canalizations, sewerage and irrigation projects; sanitary installations; installations for pesticides and discharges; slaughtering and mining industries; etc..
