Resolution No.3 of 2019 amending Resolution No.3 of 2017 on the Executive Regulations on Biodiversity.

This Resolution consisting of 2 articles amends paragraph 6 of article 22 and states that the buffer zone established between the protected area and the activities abroad will be determinated according to the study of the environmental impact presented for each case, instead of being at least 1km, as established by the Regulation of 2017.
