Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 3 articles aims at promulgating the GCC Executive Regulations of Act on fertilizers, nutrients and soil amendments in the State of Kuwait. The Regulation approved in Kuwait designates the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources as concerned authority and relevant authorities (i) the Environment Public Authority; (ii) Ministry of Interior; (iii) Ministry of Commerce and Industry; and (iv) the General Administration of Customs.
