Abstract
The Supreme Soviet decrees to carry into force the Law on amendments and additions to the Land Code, Laws of the Kazakh SSR on land reform, on peasant farm, on the particulars of the privatisation of the property of state agricultural enterprises from the date of its official publication. The Government must conform its legislative acts to this Law by 1 August 1992 and to provide for revision and abrogation by the Ministries, State Committees and Departments of their legislative acts that contradict this Law.
