Abstract
The Supreme Soviet decrees to introduce the following amendments to some Legislative Acts. Law on peasant farm is modified as follows: 1) Paragraph 5 of the Article 7 is supplemented with this passage "The dimensions of the allotted plot of land are determined on the basis of the medium land share as established by work collective and validated by the local Council of people's deputies." 2) The Law is supplemented with the Article 7-1 that reads as follows "Workers of the state agricultural enterprises and collective farms that are leaving the enterprises for the purpose of the setting up of peasant farm have the right to acquire a single property share. Workers that are leaving the privatised enterprise have the right to a property share which is turned over to the work collective free-of-charge and the right to acquire a single property share that is sold to the work collective". Law on the particulars of the privatisation of the property of state agricultural enterprises is modified as follows: Article 17 acquires a new wording. It reads as follows: "Privatisation of the state poultry farms, live stock farms and hothouse farms".
