Abstract
This Joint Order modifies risk assessment criteria and checklists in the field of wildlife protection, reproduction and management, including fishery resources and aquatic animals. It establishes the subjects of supervision and enforcement, classifies offences as minor, significant and gross violations, defines criteria of the degree of risks, and also establishes the system of risk assessment and management.
