Law No. 242-III ZRK on amendments and addenda to the Law No. 66-3 on state regulation of the development of agro-industrial complex and rural areas.

Article 1 shall be supplemented with the item 1-1 and 13-1 of the following contents: “1-1 agrometeorological monitoring shall be the totality of arrangements aimed at supervision by ground agrometeorological network; the system of data collection, processing and analysis regarding planning of agrotechnical activity and agrometeorological forecasts for agricultural purposes;”; “13-1 space monitoring shall be the totality of arrangements aimed at supervision of land use, information transfer in accordance with the distant zoning of the Earth, processing and evaluation thereof for the purpose of raising productivity of agricultural crops;”.
