Abstract
This Law lays down the foundations for the legal regulation of architecture and urban planning, aimed at the creation of the valuable natural human habitat, it safeguards the rights and establishes liability for the subjects of architecture and urban planning relationship. This Law consists of VI Sections that contain 38 Articles. Section I lays down the general provisions. Section II establishes the rights and the liability of the subjects of architectural and urban planning activity. Section III deals with the state regulation in the sphere of architectural and urban planning activity. Section IV concerns architectural and urban planning activity. Section V regards architectural and urban planning control. Section VI establishes the liability for the infringement of architectural and urban planning legislation.
