Ministerial Decree No. 777 of 1994 regarding validation of the List of work in the sphere of architecture and urban planning subject to licensing, the Regulation on state licensing of architecture and urban planning and the Regulation regarding Department of state licensing of architecture and urban planning attached to the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Building .

The Government decrees to validate the List of work in accordance with the Annex 1, the Regulation on state licensing of architecture and urban planning in accordance with the Annex 2 and the Regulation regarding Department of state licensing of architecture and urban planning attached to the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Building in accordance with the Annex 3. Regulation on state licensing of architecture and urban planning consists of IV Sections. Section I lays down the general provisions. Section II specifies the system of state licensing. Section III regards organization of carrying out licensing. Section IV regards suspension and cancellation of licences.
