Law No. 351-IV ZRK “On state regulation of manufacturing and trade of biofuel”.

This Law regulates social relations originating in the sphere of manufacturing and trade of biofuel. This Law consists of 5 Sections divided into 24 Articles: (1) general provisions; (2) state regulation and support of manufacturing and trade of biofuel; (3) safety requirements for biofuel and life cycle processes thereof; (4) state supervision in the sphere of manufacturing and trade of biofuel; and (5) conclusive provisions. Main tasks of state regulation of manufacturing and trade of biofuel shall be: (a) reduction of emissions to the atmospheric air; (b) promotion of manufacturing and use of biofuel; and (c) ensuring enforcement of the national legislation on manufacturing and trade of biofuel. The following shall be prohibited: (a) excess of quota of alimentary raw materials for manufacturing of biofuel; (b) to use high quality grains and cereals for manufacturing of biofuel; and (c) to manufacture and trade liquors by the producers of biofuel.
