Ministerial Decree No. 1195 of 1997 regarding validation of the Regulation on licensing of production of ethyl alcohol and spirits, storage and trade of ethyl alcohol and storage and wholesale trade of spirits, except for beer.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The document consists of VII Sections that contain 41 Articles. Section I lays down the general provisions. Section II establishes the modalities of issuing licences. Section III determines the rights and the duties of the licensee. Section IV establishes liability of licensee and the modalities of control over the payment of licence fee. Section V regards the modalities of registration of licences and control over the licensed activity. Section VI establishes the modalities of refusal, cancellation, withdrawal and suspension of licences. Section VII establishes professional standards for licensee as regards the sphere of licensed activity.
