Ministerial Decree No. 136 amending Ministerial Decree No. 102 validating the Regulation on tenders for the allotment of fishing areas.

Item 3 shall acquire a new wording: “3. This Regulation shall not be applicable to the protected areas governed by the state administration." Item 2 of the item 11 shall be supplemented by the following paragraph: “The applicants must submit the notarized copy of the document attesting the availability of certificate for export of fish products to EU countries (and availability of HACCP) by the exporters of fish products.”
