Ministerial Decree No. 18-03/145 validating the Regulation on model form of hunting permit and the procedure for issuance thereof.

This Ministerial Decree validates the model form of hunting permit (Annex 1) and the procedure for issuance thereof. Hunting or fishing permit shall be issued by hunting or fishing managing entity to natural persons at their request to grant access to assigned hunting grounds of fishery waterbodies in order to perform hunting in case of availability of hunting authorization. The period of validity of hunting permit shall be determined by hunting management entity. Annex contains the log for registration of issued hunting permits.
