Ministerial Decree No. 18-03/153 validating the Regulation on issuing permits for introduction, reintroduction and hybridization of wild fauna species.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the procedure for issuance of permits for introduction, reintroduction and hybridization of wild fauna species. The applications in accordance with Annex 1 to the territorial body of the authorized state institution in the field of protection and management of wild fauna species. The application must be accompanied by the following documentation: (a) veterinary certificate; (b) document confirming the legality of acquisition of animals in case of introduction, reintroduction and hybridization of animals (contract of sale, gift agreement, bill of lading or sales receipt or payment order with a note of the bank); and (c) biological substantiation for introduction, reintroduction and hybridization of animals with a positive opinion of the state environmental impact assessment.
