Ministerial Decree No. 18-04/14 validating the Regulation on labelling of caviar of sturgeon species for trade in domestic and foreign markets.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the procedure for labelling of caviar of sturgeon species for trade in domestic and foreign markets. Caviar of sturgeon species shall be marked with special stamps. Stamps shall be tagged to each container to ensure its visual inspection. On the label must be indicated whether caviar is artificial or natural. Imported caviar must bear indication of the reference data of import authorization. Annexes contain the forms of stamps.
