Ministerial Decree No. 18 introducing amendments and addenda to the Ministerial Decree No. 1140 regarding validation of charges for the compensation of damage caused by infringement of legislation on protection, reproduction and management of wildlife species.

Annotation shall be supplemented with the following paragraph: “each illegally annihilated (destructed) inhabited nest, burrow, lair and other natural habitats of wildlife species shall be charged to the amount of ten monthly calculation units; each illegally procured (destructed) egg, and also embryo of illegally procured or annihilated female of mammals shall be charged to the amount of 50 per cent of charges set for annihilation of adult female species calculated on the basis of monthly calculated units».
