Abstract
Revenues from compensation of damage caused by infringement of the legislation on protection, reproduction and management of wildlife species shall be entered in a respective account of state budget. Rates of charges are fixed for terrestrial mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, insects, fishes, marine mammals and marine invertebrates. Rates of charges fixed for protected species recorded in the Red Book are counter-marked with asterisk.
