Ministerial Decree No. 1919 amending Ministerial Decree No. 578 validating of the Regulation on licensing export.

Item 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of export and import of firearms and ammunition for civic use the following documentation shall be requested: (a) copy of licence for purchase of import of firearms and ammunition issued by the local branch of the Ministry of Interior; (b) copy of compliance certificate for firearms and ammunition; (c) information on firearms and ammunition; (d) copy of authorization (licence) for purchase and import to foreign state of firearms and ammunition issued by the competent state body subordinated to the Ministry of Interior of the foreign state”.
