Ministerial Decree No. 578 validating of the Regulation on licensing export.

This Ministerial Decree regulates licensing of export and import of commodities and produce subject to export control. It establishes the following licensing terms and conditions: (a) licences shall be non-transferable; (b) licences shall be applicable to commodities and produce trade of which on internal market are subject to compulsory licensing; and (c) licences shall be applicable to commodities and produce pertaining to state monopoly. The applicant shall submit the following documentation: (a) application; (b) notarized copy of state registration of the applicant as legal person (for legal persons); (c) copy of identity paper for natural persons; (d) notarized copy of registration of the applicant at the local branch of tax inspection; (e) copy of payment of licensing dues and fees; and (f) certificate of compliance with qualification requirements. General licences shall be open-ended and once-only licences shall be valid for a calendar year subject to extension to one more calendar year. Licensing shall be applicable to the following categories of commodities and produce: (a) nuclear materials, sources of radiation and radioactive waste; (b) wildlife products and trophies; (c) pesticides (toxic chemicals); (d) industrial waste; and (e) liquors and spirits.
