Abstract
Item 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Carrying out the plant protection arrangements shall be aimed for the protection of the national territory against quarantine objects, identification, localization and liquidation thereof, carrying out control and supervision over observance of legislation in the sphere of plant quarantine.”
