Ministerial Decree No. 273 regarding some issues of licensing activity of formal acceptance, storage and processing of grain and its derivates at grain-elevators.

The Premier decrees to validate Qualification requirements applicable to natural and legal persons that carry out activity of formal acceptance, storage and processing of grain and its derivates at grain-elevators. Qualification requirements include: 1) availability of weighing equipment and cubic capacity for storage of grain and its derivates; 2) availability of functioning mechanical grain loader; 3) availability of functioning winnowing machines and grain dryers; 4) availability of authorization issued by sanitary and ecological inspection on suitability of grain-elevator for carrying out licensed activity.
