Abstract
The Regulation consists of 4 Chapters. Chapter 1 lays down general provisions. Chapter 2 establishes terms and conditions of issuing licenses. Chapter 3 establishes qualification requirements for legal and natural persons engaged in activity connected with the use of outer space. Chapter 4 regards registration and control. The purpose of the Regulation is to ensure state regulation of activity related to the use of outer space with the consideration of environmental protection. The Regulation determines the modalities, terms of issue and registration of licenses for carrying out activity connected with the use of outer space by legal and natural persons as a type of entrepreneurial activity. The purposes of licensing of activity connected with the use of outer space are: 1) carrying out common state policy in the sphere of outer space; 2) ensures high level of quality for services in the sphere of the use of outer space.
