Ministerial Decree No.889 regarding some issues of licensing and carrying out ecological audit.

The Premier decrees to validate: 1) Qualification requirements for licensing of ecological audit; 2) Regulation on licensing of ecological audit; 3) Regulation on the modalities of carrying out ecological audit. Qualification requirements for licensing of ecological audit include the presence of contract with the organization in possession of accredited testing laboratory. Regulation on licensing of ecological audit establishes the modalities and conditions of issuing to legal and natural persons of licenses for carrying out ecological audit. Regulation on the modalities of carrying out ecological audit establishes the rules regulating activity of single ecological auditors and ecological auditing organizations in possession of licence for carrying out ecological audit.
