Order No. 109 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population “On some issues of provision of state services in social and labour sphere and provision of food packages to some categories of the population for the period of emergency situation.”

This Order establishes that for the period of validity of emergency situation shall be provided the following state services in social and labour sphere: (a) allotment of state social allowances; (b) social benefits in the form of cash payment due to income reduction as a result of adoption of newborn child/children and loss of income due to care of the child until completion of the age of one year; (c) social benefits in the form of cash payment due to income reduction resulting from pregnancy and childbirth; (d) state social security benefit for the loss of breadwinner; and (e) food packages for children from 1 to 6 years of age. The food package shall be provided for the period of emergency situation to the following categories: (a) children between six and eighteen years of age , who are recipients of the targeted social assistance; (b) disabled children up to the age of 16, with the exception of disabled persons, permanently living in medical social institutions at the expense of the state budget and disabled people in detention; (c) persons with first, second and third group disabilities of all ages, except for disabled persons permanently residing in medical and social institutions at the expense of the state budget and persons with disabilities in detention; (d) persons raising a disabled child; and (e) unemployed persons registered with the local employment authority.
